Requesting Reprocessing

Authorized operators can request reprocessing once they have handled critical archive error records. It's also possible to just wait for the next scheduled reprocessing run. See Handling Trade and Asset Archive Errors for instructions for that task. See About Trades and Assets for more information about feed files and their handling; the section Repair aka "Manual Resolution" describes what may be involved in repairing errors, and may be useful for you to read, if this process is new for you.

Using the Data Operations personaA persona is an interface set of menus and dashboard or home view that was designed for a single set of operators who share goals, skills, attitude and behavior patterns. Each persona's interface displays only the content and tools that are relevant for that group., select either Transaction Feeds or Asset Feeds from the Resolution menu, depending on the type of feed for which you want reprocessing. Or, select in the universal menu, and then select either Feed Management Transactions or Feed Management Assets under Feeds.
Select Reprocess on the displayed Feed Management page. A Feed Reprocess popup is shown.
Select the feed file you want to be reprocessed in Select a feed to reprocess.
Select Continue. A message indicates that your request has been submitted. You will be alerted when the task is completed.
