Checking on Your Report Requests

Using the Sales Reporting personaA persona is an interface set of menus and dashboard or home view that was designed for a single set of operators who share goals, skills, attitude and behavior patterns. Each persona's interface displays only the content and tools that are relevant for that group., select My Requests from the Reports menu. Or, select in the universal menu, and then select My Report Requests under Reports. The My Report Requests page is shown; its tabs show information for your most recent report requests.
- The My Requests tab lists your recent report requests in order of their submission.
- The Submitted tab lists pending requests, those that haven't yet been picked up for processing; all requests start with this status.
- The Completed tab lists requests that have been successfully processed and are now available. See Using Generated Reports for steps for retrieving a report.
- The Failed tab lists requests that could not be fulfilled. If any of your report requests have failed, you can try to request the report again; see Requesting a Report for steps. If that request also fails, contactAny individual person tracked in SalesConnect is a contact, which is one type of connection. So, reps, firm contacts, and office contacts—are all contacts. Partnerships and teams are also treated as contacts in SalesConnect, because you usually need to work with them in the same ways. your SalesConnect representative for assistance. Please be prepared to provide information about the report you requested.
On any tab, you can select to ensure that you are looking at the most up-to-date information; generally, SalesConnect is handling report requests at all times, so the status could change as you are looking at this page.
