Using Generated Reports

Every report you request, whether one-time or scheduled, is added to a generated reports list in SalesConnect as soon as the report file is available. You can use this list to retrieve reports you've requested as well as those others have made available to you in public folders.

Downloading a Private Report

  1. Using the Sales Reporting personaClosedA persona is an interface set of menus and dashboard or home view that was designed for a single set of operators who share goals, skills, attitude and behavior patterns. Each persona's interface displays only the content and tools that are relevant for that group., select Generated from the Reports menu. Or, select in the universal menu, and then select Generated Reports under Reports.
